Invest in Yourself
Because you're done just surviving.
You're ready to truly live.
Therapy is a meaningful investment in your emotional wellbeing, relationships, and long-term resilience. When you choose to begin, you’re prioritizing healing in a way that’s intentional, supported, and rooted in lasting transformation.

You don’t have to keep doing it all on your own. Let’s work together to help you reclaim calm, clarity, and connection.

Therapy is a meaningful investment in your emotional health, relationships, and overall quality of life. Individual sessions are $175 for a 50-minute appointment. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals, and may include EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, or narrative-based approaches depending on where you are in your healing journey.
Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or biweekly to support consistent progress and integration.

When you schedule a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you. I ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. This helps me offer that time to others who may be waiting for support.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions without notice, are charged the full session fee unless there’s an emergency or unforeseen circumstance. I understand that life happens, and I do my best to respond with understanding and flexibility when possible.
Insurance
Robyn Sevigny, LMFT is partnered with Headway, a trusted platform that handles insurance billing and claim processing. Through this partnership, we are able to accept Aetna, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare insurance plans.

If you're unsure about your eligibility, we’re happy to help you navigate the process. Please contact us to check your benefits or begin the verification process.

If you have a different provider, out-of-network options may still be available. Many clients with PPO insurance plans can receive partial reimbursement for therapy sessions. Upon request, we provide monthly superbills (detailed receipts) that you can submit directly to your insurance provider.

We recommend checking with your insurance company to confirm:
-
Whether your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits
-
Your deductible and reimbursement rates
-
Any required documentation for submitting a superbill
Whether you're using insurance or paying privately, our goal is to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible so you can focus on what matters most—your healing.
The life you want begins with one intentional step.
Therapy Is a Commitment—to Yourself.

Healing isn’t about quick fixes, it’s a process of learning, unlearning, and rebuilding. I’m here to walk beside you with structure, compassion, and clinical expertise.

You’ll be supported every step of the way with:
-
Customized strategies to support your nervous system
-
Trauma-informed, relational care
-
A safe space to explore what’s been getting in the way of how you want to live and feel
Good Faith Estimate
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
