You’ve spent years showing up for everyone else—at work, in your family, and in the world. Maybe you've tried to outwork your pain or intellectualize your emotions. But beneath the success, you might feel anxious, disconnected, or stuck in old patterns.
I help adults who appear “high functioning” from the outside, break free from old survival patterns and reconnect with themselves in grounded, meaningful ways. Many are medical professionals, anxious over-achievers, or individuals carrying the weight of complex PTSD and childhood trauma.
Together, we’ll create a safe space for you to understand what’s really driving your distress—and help you build the tools to move forward with more clarity, self-trust, and emotional freedom.
